Financial information

The treasurer is bound by the bylaws and maintains a financial record of the associations business transactions.  This is a voluntary position. Some financial information may be posted on this site.  Any homeowner can request copies of the current financial report but you must do so in writing and allow at least 3-5 business days.  There may be a nominal cost incurred to research and copy documents requested and payable by the homeowner requesting the information. By Florida State Law the association must keep a certain amount of funds available as a reserve.  The reserve is used for capital and emergency efforts as necessary.
